I am Craig Davies, a 23-year-old Journalist who lives in Hyde, a short distance outside of Manchester.
Journalism is my passion, it is all I have ever wanted to do and I am now lucky enough to be on the ladder.
I studied Sports Journalism at the University of Central Lancashire, where I had the time of my life. Met some great people, learnt great things from industry professionals and was also lucky enough to complete some excellent work experience . Most notably, perhaps, working for The Lancashire Evening Telegraph at Ewood Park covering Blackburn Rovers home games.
I now work for The Tameside Reporter on the news desk, focussing on Hyde but covering the goings on in the borough on a weekly basis. It's terrific to be in the industry, and working on news has given me a whole new perspective and some new skills too.
I try to update this blog as often as possible, but due to work committments it does get a little difficult so I apologize. I am trying to up the number of blogs that go up on a weekly basis though, so sit back and enjoy.
